Job Title: Production Control

Location: Rudrapur

Position Type: Full-time

Salary: As per the company standards

Experience: 4-6 years

Education: B.Tech in Electrical/Electronic/Mechanical Engineering from a reputed Institute.

Responsibilities Production Control

Coordinate planning activities involving Procurement, Sales requirements, production capacity & output, to achieve specified targets for inventory levels and accuracy, lead time and on time delivery

Plan/schedule and control the production plan as per sales orders

Ensures material planning and shop loading to meet customers’ orders

Continuously improve business controls.

Review with procurement for raw material and other items required for production are ordered on time

Ensures inventory control as per targets, and monitors finished goods inventory with product line personnel to minimize slow-moving and obsolete inventory

Compile, distribute, and regularly update product lead time data and gross shipment projections

Ensures that material required by the customer has dispatched as per schedule

Generate MIS for capacity utilization, Sales forecast accuracy, target delivery dates & orders pending for management review

Implementation of all guidelines/procedures as per organization policies

Interact and work closely with different functions, Quality, Production, Procurement, and Engineering
