Responsibilities of Vice Principal

• Assist the Principal in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the school.

• Ensure that all school policies and procedures are followed.

• Assist in the development, implementation, and evaluation of the school’s curriculum.

• Supervise faculty and staff, and coordinate with other departments.

• Monitor and evaluate student performance.

• Develop and maintain positive relationships with students, parents, and staff.

• Attend meetings and provide reports as required.

• Oversee student discipline and safety.

• Participate in budget preparation and expenditure review.

• Develop and implement professional development activities for staff.

• Ensure that the school complies with all applicable laws and regulations.
