EXTRUDER EXPERIENCE
1. Starlinger- (OUTPUT-450 kg/hr)(LINE SPEED-420 meter/minute)
Denier -( 350 TO 200) Wastage Percentage – 1%
2. Lohia starlinger (Due Tec)-(OUTPUT-650 kg/hr)(LINE SPEED-550 meter/minute)
Denier-500 to 1000 adding 40% Calcium carbonates (CaCo3) Wastage Percentage-0.8%
3. Kolsite- (OUTPUT-350 kg/hr)(LINE SPEED-340 meter/minute)
Denier-500 to 1050 adding 40% Calcium carbonate (CaCo3) Wastage Percentage-0.8%
NOTE!!!- I can add 40% of Calcium Carbonate in 500 to 1000 denier in any type of fabric with
