Education: B.E/B.Tech degree and an MBA/PGDM/PG

Responsibilities of Centre Head

• Act as the SPOC from Phillips Education.

• Oversee day-to-day activities of the training program, including supervision of trainers

• Coordinate with the institute on a day-to-day basis

• Manage the entire project, including project planning, implementation, and monitoring

• Develop and maintain relationships with the government and Phillips Education network for skill development/TVET ecosystem enhancement

• Ensure quality training delivery to achieve program goals and objectives

• Report progress, challenges, and achievements to stakeholders

• Ensure adherence to program guidelines and policies

• Develop and implement strategies for program improvement

• Manage program budgets and resources effectively

• Provide leadership and guidance to the team
