Responsibilities of Store & Purchase Executive

• The candidate should have the capability to research potential vendors

• The candidate should have the capability to make comparative sheet and evaluate offers from suppliers, both in India and outside India

• The candidate should have the capability to negotiate contract terms of annual agreement and pricing

• He or She must consistently and diligently track purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of all items purchased

• Entering of order details (e.g. vendors, quantities, prices) into internal database

• Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information and invoices

• Prepare reports on purchases, including cost analyses

• Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed

• Coordinate with all Scientists to ensure timely indent and timely delivery

The successful candidate will possess excellent communication, Microsoft Excel & inter-personal skills.
