Responsibilities of Staff Engineer

• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the development team.
• Guide and assist team members in solving complex technical challenges.

• Contribute to the architectural design and development of software solutions.
• Utilize expertise in dot Net Framework, ASP.NET MVC, Entity Framework (EF), SQL Server, and Vue.js to architect robust and scalable applications.
• Drive best practices in coding standards, design patterns, and system architecture.

• Tackle challenges faced by clients and provide effective solutions.
• Go beyond basic problem-solving and strive for innovative approaches to exceed client expectations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address client requirements and concerns.
