Responsibilities of Manager (Technical Support)

• Build and support a team of highly motivated individuals

• Foster an environment that encourages the pursuit of excellence

• Possess a demonstrated track record in providing FANATICAL support

• Manage personnel activities, including hiring, mentoring, training, appraising, rewarding, motivating, disciplining, and recommending termination as necessary

• Provide direct team leadership and coaching to a support team

• Oversee the design, deployment, and management of business operations supporting internal operational segments

• Think 12-18 months ahead and strategically direct the team toward goals

• Work collaboratively with other business leaders

• Address and contribute to business issues that impact and enhance Rackspace as a company, aligning with both individual and team goals
