Responsibilities of Deputy Manager (Battery Pack Testing)

• Planning & execution to Achieve Daily Targets

• Resource management and Operator training

• Resolution of Buy-off concern

• Updating of SOS/process procedure, Stage-wise audit, Implement CAPA and Production GAP analysis

• Analysis and action plan for reduction of defects and Process rejection

• Conversion cost reduction

• Cell formation data analytics & correction

• EOL testing. Rejection analysis

• CDR & HRD testing data analysis and improvements in line
