The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in a similar role and a Master’s/Bachelor’s degree in Chemical / Safety & Fire / Environmental Engineering.

Responsibilities of SHE & Security Manager

• Advise management on SHE issues

• Audit manufacturing sites for compliance with SHE requirements and the progress of implementation of SHE plans

• Take the lead in major incident in investigations

• Ensure SHE reporting, both within the management line and to the BG SHE manager

• Provide coaching and training to site employees

• Responsible for managing the process of obtaining and maintaining required permits

• Responsible for compliance to decided actions w.r.t DICI activities & act as a member of site steering committee

The successful candidate will possess excellent knowledge of SHE strategies, policies, practices and regulations.
