The ideal candidate will have 18-22 Years of experience in a similar role and a BE in any field of study.

Responsibilities of Factory Head

• Leading plant operations and team to deliver desired production output seamlessly on a regular basis to achieve and exceed objectives, KPIs, and expectations

• Ensuring focus on Quality. Improve and Establish sustainable Quality processes

• Collaborating with other functional Heads to ensure Inventory, Quality, Sales Revenue and Cost Objectives are well supported and met

• Supporting the team for new product development

• Meeting material usage, manpower usage, inventory costs, personnel costs and overhead budgets

• Ensuring all the prescribed permits and quality standards are maintained on the raw materials, packing materials, products, and plant
Material procurement and management:

• Ensuring maintenance of material supplies is without any loss of production. Inventories to be maintained as per the budget

• Maintaining peace and good industrial relations for uninterrupted production.

• Conducting periodic reviews with department heads at the plant. Conducting gap analysis and improving the processes wherever necessary

• Finalizing and implementing the long-term settlement plan

• Ensuring the management and statutory compliance of unit-related regulatory issues in terms of Excise, Provident Fund, Pollution Control Board and other relevant authorities

• Identifying and developing young talent for future leadership and succession plan

• Implementing the feedback & review process throughout the plant and deciding the departmental KRAs

• Providing technical suggestions on improving productivity, reducing rejections defects/scrap and improving costs etc. at the shop floor

• Providing training and development programs whenever required in order to enhance the ability of the workers

• Managing efficiency parameters in capacity utilization

• Ensuring reduction in wastage.
