The ideal candidate will have 6 years of experience in a similar role and a graduate degree in any Chemistry (B.Tech Chemical / M.Sc Chemistry).

Responsibilities of Assistant Manager (Quality)

• Attend daily Quality & Area- Review meeting with plant team with shift data and update on the 24, 48 hours risks & action.

• Product SQC alerts & Last 24 hours plant alerts investigation, identify actions, compile monthly sheet.

• Carryout Process / Product Audits, Hygiene Audit & pest control program- create finding in data base and follow up with team for investigation and action closure

• Carryout equipment validation activities and data analysis

• Equipment calibration – Contract and PO activities

• Supplier and complaints creation, investigation & action update

• Monthly warehouse KPIs review, Warehouse Audits, report findings identify action and follow up for action closure with respective team

• Assist for complaint investigations and provide appropriate training to internally in the SHEQ area.

• Comply with all Health, Safety, and Environmental (SHE) rules, procedures, and regulations.

• File and maintain retain samples, dispose of old retain samples, and maintain a clean working environment.

• Identify and implement opportunities for process optimization within the quality department.

• Complete and manage any assigned projects determined by the departmental Manager, Supervisor, and Leads.

• New product / change trials test results update, PD sample submission & report compilation, Document control.

• Communicate with various internal functions and execute the implementation of regulation changes.
