Responsibilities of Brewer

• Brewing: Execute brewing processes according to standard operating procedures (SOPs) to produce high-quality beverages. Monitor fermentation, filtration, and other brewing stages to maintain consistency and quality

• Quality Control: Implement quality control measures to ensure that all products meet company standards and regulatory requirements. Conduct regular inspections and tests to identify and address any deviations from quality norms

• Dispatch Management: Coordinate with logistics and dispatch teams to ensure timely delivery of finished products to customers. Maintain accurate records of dispatches and handle any issues related to transportation or delivery schedules

• Reporting: Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports to the Head Office, detailing production output, quality metrics, inventory levels, and any other relevant information. Utilize reporting formats provided by the company to ensure consistency and accuracy in reporting.
