Responsibilities of EHS Engineer

• Ability to plan, organize, and manage timelines for various stages of precast production.

• Experience coordinating between design, production, and assembly teams.

• Proficiency in managing schedules, budgets, and resources effectively for on-time project completion.

• Thorough understanding of safety protocols in precast production facilities.

• Ability to conduct regular inspections and enforce quality standards to maintain structural integrity.

• Familiarity with testing procedures for materials and precast elements to ensure compliance with engineering specifications.

• Strong communication skills to work with architects, contractors, production teams, and clients.

• Ability to interpret technical drawings and communicate requirements effectively to production teams.

• Coordination with site engineers for timely delivery and installation of precast elements.
