Responsibilities of Deputy Manager (MQA)

• Should have experience on Power pack/Power electronics/Electrical components (Ex- Wire harness, BMS, Cell, Relays & diods, PCB) and its process validation

• Experience in Quality assurance activities like Zero defect stages & Poka yoke implementation.

• Ensure in-process quality assurance checks run as per the procedure laid down in respective SOPs,

• Familiarity with MPPAP, FMEA, Control plan, MSA & SPC.

• Adhere to laid down QMS, its effective implementation and facilitate continuous improvement in all manufacturing area activities, and effective resolution of routine quality issues.
