Responsibilities of

• SHE: to comply with Envalior SHE requirements and Indian legislations; show SHE leadership, responsible for SHE performance in the field; coach qualified employees for excellent SHE performance;

• Responsible for executing and monitoring the Production process based on approved production process work orders & plan

• Accountable for the full implementation of procedures and processes, Accountable for the shop floor housekeeping as per Continuous Improvement standard

• Responsible for the emergency response and immediate report;

• Responsible for production quality and production efficiency;

• Accountable for timely communication of complete and accurate production report and daily work report in daily meeting

• Responsible for management of shift operators in terms of supervision, communication, coaching, training, and development

• Responsible for making changeover plan & communicate issues

• Root cause & communication of a Customer complaint

• Communicate, follow & monitor actions decided in a project
