The ideal candidate will have 4-8 years of experience in a similar role and a B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Mechatronics.

Education: BE/B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Mechatronics

Responsibilities of DM – Production (Power Pack Assembly)

• Problem resolution through Application of 7 QC tools, 8D, DMAIC analysis etc

• MPPAP / APQP knowledge

• Preferred to have experience in Power Pack (Lithium Ion) assembly line & vehicle assembly assembly process

• Preferred to have experience in Power Pack testing process / Cell testing process, cell formation, CDR etc.

• Knowledge in process troubleshooting and providing solutions

• Experience in handling manpower

• Functional knowledge of Electrical system / Automobile system

• Resource management,Team building,Training and Development of operators

• Line balancing and single piece flow set up

• Knowledge on Product and Industrial safety

• Operator skill development and multi-tasking

The successful candidate will possess excellent communication, Planning and execution, Problem solving & inter-personal skills, good knowledge of Automobile assembly & aggregate assembly process.
