Responsibilities of Field Service Manager

• Close the customer/site observations within the spluttered time frame
• Control the rework cost by suggesting the best practice/procedures at site
• Ensure to commission the all transformers error free
• To receive customer feedback, analysis and act accordingly during site visit and interaction with the customer
• Response to customer on priority basis Online/offline, Knowledge Sharing sessions to be deliver & received (4 Sessions)
