Responsibilities of Formulation Scientist

• Lead/develop and optimize formulations containing prebiotics, probiotics and/or postbiotics, using appropriate technology and scientific principles, having the desired stability, safety and efficacy profile.

• Ensure that the formulations meet regulatory guidelines and industry standards.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop project plans and achieve goals.

• Prepare technical reports, presentations, and regulatory documents

• Conduct experiments and analyse data to support product development

• Review and interpret scientific literature to guide project decisions

• Prepare technical reports and presentations

• Actively engage in professional development through attending conferences and keeping up with scientific advancements
