The ideal candidate will have 15+ years of experience in a similar role and a Diploma and Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical & Automobile.

Responsibilities of Head (Product Quality)

• Exposure in Quality Management System deployment through structured product, process, and component audits at PU/Plant level.

• Experience in the Quality Assurance function and manufacturing processes.

• Prior experience as a CQA Head for large plants like Nashik/Chakan.

• Experience in first-time-right launches in automotive passenger/commercial vehicle segments or powertrain products.

• Experience in leading a medium to large-sized team.
