Responsibilities of Junior Executive (Marketing)

• Tracks sales data, maintains promotional materials inventory, maintains databases, and to prepare various sales related report

• Prepares marketing reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing sales data

• Process orders via email or phone , punching orders in SAP with data accuracy

• Update internal databases with order details

• Timely follow-up with clients for new/repeat orders and Payments

• Supports sales staff by providing sales data, market trends, forecasts, account analyses, and new product information

• Monitors sales person performance by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts

• Coordination with other Production Planning and Dispatch departments
