The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years experience as language editor in reputed organization and a Master’s Degree in Hindi or Sanskrit along with proficiency in English to Hindi Translation.

Responsibilities of Language Translator

• Translate and type English content into Hindi without breaking the context

• Quality check-spot errors and correct them, notify the same to the team

• Interact with content experts on a regular basis to understand the ongoing changes

• Evaluates complexity of source project. Feeds information to Manager to negotiate rates and schedule based on the project complexity

• Understand escalation matrix

• Keeps Manager informed on the progress/issues in a timely manner and through daily and weekly reports

• Manages own productivity and occupancy as per task-list/productivity objectives

• Maintains own daily tracker as advised. Makes files available on server for ease of accessibility

• Discipline in file/folder management

The successful candidate will possess MS-Office skill with good typing speed, communication & inter-personal skills. Ability to work independently and as a member of a team ,etc.
