Responsibilities of Manager – SQA

• Develop and implement quality assurance processes for software in automotive systems

• Coordinate testing activities to ensure software meets industry and safety standards

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align quality standards with project requirements

• Monitor and report on quality metrics, identifying areas for improvement

• Oversee automated and manual testing processes for software components

• Ensure compliance with automotive regulations and standards (e.g., ISO 26262, ASPICE)

• Manage and mentor QA team members, fostering skill development and best practices

• Work closely with suppliers and partners to ensure quality in software components

• Conduct root cause analysis and track defect resolution
