Responsibilities of Operating Engineer

• Operate and maintain machinery and production equipment in a manufacturing environment.

• Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on mechanical systems.

• Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues to minimize downtime.

• Collaborate with production and engineering teams to improve equipment performance and efficiency.

• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards in machinery operation.

• Utilize diagnostic tools and techniques to identify and resolve equipment malfunctions.

• Maintain accurate records of equipment performance, repairs, and maintenance activities.

• Assist in equipment installation, upgrades, and modifications.
