Perfetti Van Melle is seeking a highly motivated and skilled professional for the role of Production Executive in Rudrapur. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 4 years of experience in production FMCG industries in a similar role and a graduate degree in Food Technology/Science, Chemical Technology or Dairy Technology.

This role involves ensuring the effective use of manpower and machinery to meet pre-set production targets. Responsibilities include inspecting actual production against the plan, assessing compliance with various schedules, troubleshooting any issues with the supply chain and quality control with team functions, handling any issues and implementing identified action plans, and implementing throughput/cycle time improvements.

The role also includes planning and implementing predictive and preventive maintenance schedules for machinery to increase machine uptime and equipment reliability, as well as driving Kaizen and idea factory initiatives and TPM activities and implementation.
