Responsibilities of Program Manager

• Maintain comprehensive product roadmap that aligns with our vision and business objectives. Communicate product vision, progress, and impact to internal teams.
• Lead project planning sessions to identify project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Coordinate with internal resources and third parties for flawless execution of projects.
• Ensure resource availability and allocation, managing changes in project scope, schedule, and costs.
• Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.

• Report and escalate to management as needed, managing the relationship with the client and stakeholders.
• Perform risk management to minimize project risks, establishing and maintaining relationships with third parties/vendors.
• Perform data analysis (root cause deep dives, correlations, regressions, simulations, and optimization) to identify different opportunities to reduce process gaps.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.

The successful candidate will possess excellent communication & inter-personal skills and should know tools like Azure DevOps, JIRA, MS Project, Asana, or Trello.
