The ideal candidate will have 4-6 years of experience in a similar role and a Bachelor or Master degree in Material Management.

Job Title: Purchase Executive

Responsibilities of Purchase Executive

• Plan for MRP and Stock
• Manage PM stock availability based on firm and rolling plan
• Handle JIT Items like Jars/Cartoons
• Coordinate with corporate team for price approval
• Maintain 100% ordering accuracy to minimize write-off
• Manage Procure to purchase cycle for PM in SAP
• Monitor billing life cycle for vendors & maintain master data

• Vendor Management
• Coordinate with vendors for timely projections and PO sharing
• Follow up with vendors for OTIF against material supplies
• Coordinate with vendors to provide NDC on time
• Manage all aspects related to 3rd party vendors
• MIS Reporting & Documentation
• Submit Daily/Weekly/Monthly MIS in standard format
• Manage purchase-related documentation per ISO standard & statutory requirements
• Conduct audits at third party every quarter and do PID accordingly
• Prepare PM write-off summary monthly
• Cross-Functional Support & Coordination
• Coordinate closely with planning, stores, and 3rd party suppliers for smooth purchase activities
• Ensure timely communication of desired plan to planning team
• Support NPD team in new product development and vendor coordination
• Data Management
• Inventory Management
