Responsibilities of Staff Engineer

• Utilize your extensive knowledge of Apex, CPQ, and Lightning Web Components (LWC) to guide and mentor team members

• Lead by example in leveraging Salesforce platforms (Sales/Service Cloud and Not for Profit Cloud) to architect robust and scalable solutions

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand client challenges and drive innovative solutions

• Propose and implement enhancements, continuously seeking to optimize existing systems while exploring opportunities for advancement

• Design and develop high-quality solutions using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards

• Demonstrate expertise in Salesforce configuration and customization, applying your strong knowledge to tailor solutions that align with client needs
