Responsibilities of Sales Head

• Identify and target technical textile manufacturing companies that supply materials to furniture manufacturers producing fireproof products.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at target companies.
• Understand the unique needs and specifications of potential clients to provide tailored solutions.
• Promote the benefits and features of our Fire Retardant Fibre.
• Collaborate with the production and technical teams to ensure product availability and quality.
• Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

• Assist senior sales representatives in their efforts to sell PET Flakes and PET Chips.
• Handle incoming sales leads, inquiries, and requests for information.
• Collaborate with the sales team to prepare quotations and proposals.
• Maintain accurate records of sales leads and customer interactions.
• Coordinate with logistics and production teams to ensure timely delivery of orders.
• Provide administrative support to the sales department as needed.
