Responsibilities of Senior Manager (FRD)

• Lead the product development process for solid oral and semi-solid dosage forms, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards and timelines.

• Manage and mentor a team of 4 to 5 professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.

• Oversee bioequivalence studies, ensuring compliance with requirements for the US, EU, Canada, Australia, and other markets.

• Analyse and interpret analytical data, providing insights and guidance for formulation strategies.

• Coordinate and manage technology transfer projects, ensuring seamless transition and implementation.

• Facilitate day-to-day developmental activities, leading cross-functional team communications and collaborations.

• Oversee project costing and ensure accurate tracking throughout project lifecycles.

• Deliver timely updates on project progress, including weekly and monthly reports, for internal and management reviews.
