Responsibilities of Senior Manager (R&D)

• Ensure the right project management and coordination of all the activities related to the NPD process from the selection of RM, recipe design, lab trials and industrial trials,

• Ensure the right level of documentation to support and record the information related to the activities on NPDs.

• Keep the recipes (and the RMs) in compliance with the PVM polices and the legal requirements

• Liaison with different ingredients manufacturer & flavor houses to understand novel ingredients and apply those for NPDs

• Ensure the correct SAP data for current products and complete BOM validation exercise for current SKUs and NPDs.

• Develop improvement through excellence of existing processes like shelf life stability, sensory techniques, trials risk matrix, flavor room controls etc.
